Whether you have a regular inversion practice, or have never tried it before, come experience the joy of going upside down! We will enjoy a vinyasa flow to warm up the body, and we will practice fundamental alignment techniques and the art of going upside down safely. We will learn the basics of inversions, ranging from restorative inversions to the fundamentals needed for headstands, forearm stands, and even handstands. You’ll leave with tips and drills to further your inversion practice on your own. This workshop will meet you at your level, yet it will challenge your balance and strength. It will be a fun and energetic workshop, open to all levels.
