Roots & Glutes

Description: Use the power of Bowspring to learn how to fully engage the largest muscle in your body: your glutes! The Bowspring Method of yoga allows you to move with a powerful lightness while respecting the natural curves of your body. In this workshop, you will learn the main principles of the Bowspring Method and how to utilize them throughout your practice. With each dynamic movement, you will be instructed on how to rely on your more powerful, yet often neglected backside. Part of a series of three Bowspring workshops.


Inversions & Balance

Description: Get upside down using the Bowspring Method! In this workshop, you'll be lead through a series of inversions and balances using the Bowspring Method of yoga. Bowspring allows you to move with a powerful lightness while respecting the natural curves of your body. You will learn this full body system of movement and how to apply it when standing up, sitting down, or flipping upside down! Part of a series of three Bowspring workshops.


Curves & Core

Description: Reconnect with the natural curves of your body while building a stronger core. This workshop is perfect for anyone who sits at a desk all day, experiences back pain, or just wants to have a healthier, stronger core. Using the Bowspring Method of alignment, you'll be lead through a series of poses that emphasize respecting the natural curves of your spine in order to reduce spinal compression or misalignment and promote a healthier, more sustainable posture. Part of a series of three Bowspring workshops.
