A Journey Through the Chakras w/ Yoga Nidra

Take a journey through the Chakra system with a Yoga Nidra practice centered around relaxation and clearing out/balancing the Chakras.
Yoga Nidra means, "Yogic Sleep”. It's a gentle practice that brings the mind and body to that
blissful state similar to the one right before falling asleep. We will still the mind, relax the body, and do some deep inner clearing and releasing.
The night will start with a gentle yoga flow to release and let go of stagnant energy, a Chakra cleansing guided meditation, hands on Reiki, essential oils, crystal work, and your very own crystal to take home!
